My OS is Windows Vista, and I am not having any problems with the cam. I just plugged it in, launched the web cam software I use, and it started working right away. I wanted and use it for home surveillance only. I didn’t give it 5 stars because, the cords are way too short. There are 2 cords, 1 usb and one to plug in to the stereo port on your pc. I haven’t tested the lights on it yet, but will update when I do. The picture seems to be very clear. I have had very expensive web cams and for the price of this one, I really can’t complain. But you really won’t know until you try this yourself. It doesn’t come with any extras, like those silly faces and stuff, it’s just a very basic cam.

As soon as the camera is activated it locks the operating system.
Avoid this camera if you use Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit).
Company does not offer drivers that could fix this problem.
